Round 1 Day 1 = 203 lbs
Round 2 Day 30 = 185.7 lbs
Round 2 Day 1 = 187.9 lbs
Round 2 Day 30 = 185.4 lbs
So since the beginning of Round 2, I’ve only lost 2.5lbs and .3lbs since the last day of Round 1. But I feel much better, not winded, completing full routines with Round 2. Last night I also completed AbRipperX, no breaks, no doggin’ it for the first time. So I know I’m in better shape. I have also moved my belt in one more notch. Its a good feeling to see improvement in this round. Awesome!
